These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Saipian website, products, courses, content, and community (together, the “Services”), operated by Saipian, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Saipian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, or by purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. The Services

Saipian provides digital educational products, including self-paced online courses, course bundles, downloadable materials, and related community access. Our current offerings, their contents, and their prices are described on our website and shown at checkout. We may add, change, or retire offerings at any time. Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any particular product or price.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Digital Delivery

Our products are delivered digitally. Access is provided through our course platform, by email, or on our website, normally immediately after your payment is processed. You are responsible for having the internet access and device needed to use the Services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown on our website and at checkout in U.S. dollars and are processed by our third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge the payment method you provide. Promotional and limited-time pricing is available only during the stated window and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Saipian does not offer refunds on digital products, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, your purchase is non-refundable once payment is processed and access has been provided. 

Before completing your purchase you will see a clear notice at checkout confirming that all sales are final and that no refunds are available on digital products except where required by law. Completing your purchase confirms you have read and accepted this policy.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a purchase, contact us first at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith. You agree to attempt to resolve any billing issue with us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In the event of a chargeback, you agree that we may suspend or revoke your access to the Services while the dispute is reviewed, and we may present these Terms and a record of your access and acceptance to the financial institution.

7. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

Our Services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, income, or level of success from using our products. Any examples are illustrative and are not promises. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control.

8. License to Use Course Materials

When you purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own personal or internal business learning. You may not share, resell, distribute, publicly post, or sublicense the materials, or use them to build a competing product. This license ends if you violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services, including courses, videos, workbooks, text, graphics, logos, and the look and feel, is owned by Saipian or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Saipian,” “Saipians,” and “Saipian Society,” together with our logos, are trademarks of Saipian, LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: copy, record, or redistribute the materials; share your access with others; reverse engineer or scrape the Services; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; harass other members or our team; or use the Services in any way that violates law or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Affiliate Links and Recommendations

Some of our content includes affiliate links, where we may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we believe are useful, and our recommendations are our own opinions. We are not responsible for third-party products or services you purchase through these links.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saipian and its members, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold Saipian harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
